Bob was one of the invited entertainers (along with his 20 piece orchestra) to perform at the Grand Opening Palladium Concert, and has enjoyed the privilege of supporting Whitney Houston , Rod Stewart, the 5 sold-out Stevie Wonder shows and the legendary Jerry Lewis on both his visits downunder.

Since 1998 Bobs’ vocal talents have been heard and recognised as the voice behind the "there’s no other store like David Jones" television and radio commercials. He was chosen to record the theme song for "The Melbourne Storm" & perform it for their 1999 Premiership Season.

Bobs` band line-ups boast prominent session and concert musicians and have featured guest vocalists the calibre of Lisa Edwards, Ross Wilson, Renee Geyer, Wendy Stapleton and many others. His big band performances feature song arrangements that really create a 'wow factor'.

Bob has made several forays into the rest of the world, doing corporate shows in Bali & Fiji. Public performances in Beijing left him with a following of Chinese jazz devotees and his recorded work is played on Beijing FM radio, along with regular interviews through Radio Australia. A return to China for more extensive work is planned for the New Year. Early 1999 saw him visit Bahrain for a special Australia Day show and this will be followed up by a mini tour of Bahrain & other U.A.R. countries at the same time next year.
